Abstract Submission

If you are interested in participating TEAM 2020/21, please kindly submit your abstract through submission system.

Your abstract must have maximum 3000 characters and must be in English. The abstracts are welcomed until 30 September 2021 (Extended).

Acceptance of Abstract: 15 October 2021 (Extended)

Preliminary Program: 15 November 2021

Final Submission of Papers: 30 October 2021

Acceptance of Full Papers: 10 November 2021

Registration: 15 November 2021

Video Preparation

You are kindly asked to prepare a video presentation of your paper.  The video presentation is strictly limited to 15 minutes (The presentations exceeding 15 minutes will not be allowed). A short information on how to prepare a video presentation using Zoom platform is also provided in the link below. The videos should be sent to the conference email address of team2020@itu.edu.tr, at the latest by November 15, 2021.

Following the video presentation of your paper, you are expected to answer the questions from the participants. This discussion period will be maximum 5 minutes. Therefore, you should be present in the conference during the video presentation of your paper
